Bankruptcy:
Chapter 7 vs. Chapter 13

Bankruptcy. Few words in the English language stir up such negative connotations. We all dream of becoming eternally successful; none of us dreams of becoming bankrupt. We all hope that things will always go well for us; we never expect them to take a turn for the worse. If they do, we need to be prepared.

You might be surprised, though, to learn that bankruptcy was not designed to be as negative as it is perceived. On the contrary! It was designed to offer a “reset” button to people for whom finances have gotten out of control… that that happens to even the best of us sometimes.

3 Questions You’ll Have Answered In This Report...

1. Which bankruptcy is the right choice for me?

2. Are there any other options?

3. Will I ever own a home again?
